A double-storey extension on a challenging site, we thoughtfully transformed this existing 1950s beach cottage into a modernised, open-plan family home. Featuring burnished concrete slab, recycled brick walls and Terrazzo tiled bathrooms, our team both maintained the heritage of the home’s exterior while crafting a more practical internal layout designed with practicality in mind.

Connecting new and old, our team crafted a new façade and entry for this classic 70s-era single-storey home. Featuring an entire internal renovation and a modernised extension (front and rear), we tastefully altered this home to give it a modern, sleek twist.
